Just finished writing my art history term paper exclusively on the topic of the incredibly sad and beautiful relationship between the Roman Emperor Hadrian and his young male love, Antinous. ALL THESE FEELINGS. MY EYES WON’T STAY DRY.

Character design art of Rija, a desert assassin. Her throwing pins are her weapon of choice (though she also uses daggers). They can be poisoned, used to dislodge valuables, and used of course for classic assassination. A woman of few words and with little heed toward morality, she isn’t to be taken lightly.
(I put this up on dA yesterday, but being the fickle person I can be sometimes, I took it down. So, I guess. Tumblr recycle bin.)

Ashuriv is one of my more neglected characters because I still haven’t finalized his design. He’s a prince though. And is rather bitchy about everything all the time. He needed love, even if that love takes the shape of randomly coloured half-assed sketches.
